It is a building located on the Business Park of the Sonae companies, in which about 2000 people work in. The building is designed to accommodate about 600 people, distributed over 4 floors above ground and two underground floors for car parking, which makes a total of approximately 14,500 m2 of construction. The floors are organized mainly in open space, creating a great diversity of work areas, some more formal and more informal, which combined with leisure areas improve collaborative work. It is a building made from scratch. Aspects related to energy sustainability and thermal and acoustic insulation were considered.

"The use of Innovus products in the design of this project has proved to be crucial due to the diversity of references available, which allowed a wide variety of choice considering the requirements of the project.
