Hotel Ogar Tomelloso, developed by Grupo ANRO through Anrobox, is a 4-star hotel located in Tomelloso, Ciudad Real, combining modular construction, sustainability and an intelligent user experience.

The building features 24 modular rooms distributed across three floors, as well as common areas, a gym and services designed for both business and leisure stays.

Its construction system makes it a modular, demountable and relocatable building, helping to reduce execution times and facilitate future expansions or adaptations.

Zennio participates as the main provider of KNX automation solutions, integrating its technology directly into the modules to speed up processes, simplify installation and provide the hotel with control, comfort, energy efficiency and easier management of the in-room experience.
