In this incredible location there is a 150m2 apartment with views of the Giralda and the Patio de los Naranjos, which has small patios of light and a design ‘that pays homage to the facades of the civil architecture of the Sevillian baroque’.

Ayer jueves 27 de febrero, tuvo lugar en Madrid la primera de las sesiones docontract MAD, que se celebran en el showroom colaborativo, promovido por CENFIM en la capital española. La sesión contó con la participación de Welcome Design, estudio que ha diseñado el espacio showroom y de las marcas Duscholux, RCR Deco y Villeroy & Boch.

Se trata de una selección de luminarias que pueden usar las bombillas ‘SMART’ (así las reconoceréis en nuestro catálogo 2020), que a la vez pueden ser controladas desde el móvil con la aplicación Tuya y que son compatibles con programas como Alexa, ‘Google assistant’ o Siri.
